DIRECTIONS Wear rubber gloves and safety glasses. Drain and filter oil. Fill fryer pot with water to just under the “full” mark. Add FRYER PUCK Concentrated Fryer Cleaner Tablet(s) according to size of fryer. Ratio 1 Tablet (4 oz.) - 40# fryer; 2 Tablets (8 oz.) - 75# fryer. Bring water to a boil (220°F). BOILING AT HIGHER TEMPERATURES WILL CAUSE OVERFLOW. Continue boiling for 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Drain and rinse thoroughly with vinegar/water solution (1 cup vinegar to 1 gallon of water). Wipe fryer pot surface dry with a dry cloth. TO CLEAN BASKETS INSERT BASKETS IN FRYER POT WHILE BOILING!!
